You agree to use Floomly:

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Floomly is a subscription-based service.

  • Pricing and payment terms are displayed clearly at the point of purchase.

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, GoCardless.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Floomly offers three subscription contract types:

  • A 36-month (3-year) fixed-term contract

  • A 12-month fixed-term contract

  • A rolling monthly contract

Fixed-Term Contracts (3-Year or 12-Month)

If you have entered into a fixed-term contract, your subscription is binding for the full duration of the agreed period. Early cancellation is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing by Floomly. You will remain liable for all fees due for the full contract term, regardless of usage.

Your contract will automatically renew for a new term unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Monthly Rolling Contracts

If you are on a rolling monthly contract, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle after the notice period.

General Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
